• 10 cherry tomatoes
• Juice of 2 limes
• Small red onion, finely diced
• 50 ml rice vinegar
• 1 habanero (Scotch bonnet) chilli, finely diced
• 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 tbsp. ginger powder
