- 10 cherry tomatoes
- Juice of 2 limes
- Small red onion, finely diced
- 50 ml rice vinegar
- 1 habanero (Scotch bonnet) chilli, finely diced
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. ginger powder
